1 safe startup

2 proper use

(1) reasonable selection of supporting power. Generally, rice polisher is required to work under close to full load. Only when the motor can give full play to its power performance under full load can the motor be reasonably selected and matched so as to avoid "big horse-drawn cart" or "small horse-drawn cart" to the maximum extent. This can not only ensure that the rice polisher can give full play to its function, but also save energy and improve efficiency. Generally, the motor power is slightly larger than the calibration power of rice polisher 1.2 ~ 1.5 times is appropriate.

(2) adjustment of inlet and outlet gates. When the entrance gate is opened wide and the exit gate is closed, the number of grains in the crush chamber increases, and the pressure increases. On the contrary, the rolled rice is rough, but the rice rate is high, so the inlet gate and the outlet gate should cooperate well, the inlet gate controls the flow, and the outlet gate controls the precision. When specific operation, the opening degree of entrance gate makes good adjustment according to the regulation, try to fix next, at this moment operator wants right hand operation exit gate only, left hand extends to accept rice grain in exit lower end, check whether rice grain is complete, cream-colored whether white is clean. If more than broken meters, can open a large exit gate; If the grain of rice is coarse, small exit gate can be closed, both should be taken into account, until the quality of rice milling up to the requirements.
(3) meter knife adjustment. It is mainly to adjust the clearance between the rice cutter and the sand roller. If the clearance is large, the pressure in the whitening chamber is small and the friction force on rice grains is not strong. On the contrary, the precision is improved, but the broken rice rate is higher. Generally, when the adjustment of inlet and outlet gate cannot meet the production requirements, the rice cutter shall be adjusted again.
(4) rice sieve adjustment. If it is found that the whole rice is mixed with fine bran, check whether the rice sieve is leaking. If the rice sieve is improperly installed or damaged, it should be reinstalled or repaired. If the sieve hole is too large, it should be replaced with a smaller sieve.
(5) if the front part of the production fails to keep up with the material, the inlet gate should be closed. When the material is sufficient, the inlet gate should be opened slowly. Do not produce in the blanching chamber when the material is not filled.
(6) after the completion of production, the inlet gate shall be closed first, and the power shall be closed after 1min of operation, and the milling of rice in the white room shall be finished, and all materials shall be cleared before the power is closed.
(7) in the use of new rice mill, because it is a new sand roller, new rice sieve, meters, etc., in white interior pressure is bigger, often appear production couldn't get on or the phenomenon of the rice surface hair, such as in the above case, rice sieve should be removed, wipe grease and rust, side by side with the exception of pressure (pressure lever hoist will export), dropping flow, after 1 ~ 2 class of wear and tear, all can reach the normal effect.

3 troubleshooting

(1) after the rice milling machine is started, no feed or rice is produced. Reason: is the rice machine reverse; Brown rice water content is too high, viscosity is big, make feed mouth and rice screen are blocked. Measures: is to adjust the motor steering; Dry grain, dredge inlet and sieve.
(2) excessive crushing of finished products. Reason: the pressure in the white room of rice mill is too high; Uneven or deformed rice screen; The knife is too thick; Brown rice into the machine contains too much broken, burst waist, poor quality or too low water too high. Measures: reduce the pressure of whitening chamber; Replace rice screen or shaping; Replace thin rice cutter; Control or adjust the quality of incoming brown rice.
(3) the finished product contains too much bran. Reason: serious wear and tear of sand roll; Rice sieve hole is blocked; Blockage of suction system; The air volume or pressure of the bran suction fan is too small. Measures: replace the sand roller; Clean sieve holes; Adjust air pressure and air volume; Replace the bran suction fan.
(4) reduce roughness and white irregularity with accuracy. Reason: the material flow into the machine is unstable; The pressure at the discharge port is too low or the pressure door is not flexible; Serious wear and tear of rice sieve, rice cutter or sand roller. Measures: adjust the flow; Adjust the weight; Replace the corresponding parts.
(5) clogging of rice polisher. Reason: too much feed flow, too much outlet pressure; The outlet is blocked by rice bran; The belt slips; Wear of sand roll or rice cutter; The screw head is worn and loosened; Brown rice has too much water. Measures: reduce the inlet and increase the outlet; Remove chaff from outlet; Tensioning the transmission belt; Replace screw head or tighten; Reduce moisture or increase mesh size.
(6) the current is unstable. Reason: the feeding port is broken, the pressure door is out of order; The rice screen is blocked or damaged; Power off. Measures: properly adjust the incoming and outgoing materials to fill the whitening room; Clean or replace rice sieve; Overhaul the circuit.
(7) machine vibration. Reason: the anchor bolt is loose; Unbalanced rotating part: loose connection of equipment. Measures: tighten bolts; Symmetrical adjustment to make it balanced; Check and tighten.
(8) heating of finished products. Reason: brown rice moisture is too high; Screen hole or outlet clogging: measures: reduce brown rice moisture; Dredge sieve hole and discharge port.
(9) bearing heat. Reasons: excessive oil injection or lack of oil in the bearing; Grease is too dirty. Measures: add or reduce butter; Clean the bearing in time.

4 maintenance

(1) before each operation, check whether the screws in each part are complete and tightened, and tighten them in time if looseness is found; Rice cutter, rice sieve and sand roller are fragile parts. Before and after each shift of work, the wear condition should be checked. After the rice cutter is blunt, it can be turned around and used. Rice screen damage can be repaired by channeling iron wire or steel pad to deal with. Sand roll wear can be repaired by Angle grinder, serious wear should be timely replacement of new parts.
(2) check the installation of rice screen. When inserting the rice screen into the layering, insert one piece of the inlet end first and one piece of the outlet end later. After setting up along the flow direction of rice, use the sieve support to support the rotation to make the two rice screens straight. No clearance shall be left during flat connection. The clearance between screen and roller shall be consistent.
(3) check the installation of sand roller. If it is multi-section sand roller, its connection end should be flat and even. If it cannot be aligned, the protruding direction should follow the flow direction of rice grains; The key shall not be loose, the end cap shall be pressed tight, and the maximum clearance between the sand roller and the outlet end shall not exceed 2 mm after loading to prevent crushing.
(4) check the tension of v-belt. Insufficient tensioning force will cause the belt to slip, reduce the spindle speed, and easily cause blockage. Over-tensioning force will reduce the service life of bearing and v-belt and easily cause machine failure. Check and adjust V belt tension frequently, especially in the initial stage of use.
(5) after using the machine for half a year, the bearing shall be removed for cleaning and the butter shall be replaced; If the machine is not used for a long time, it should clean up the materials accumulated in the machine, wipe off the dust and dirt inside and outside, and store them in a dry and cool place after covering the machine.
Of course, even good equipment also needs a strong sense of responsibility of the operator to carefully manage.
